Ate here on my first night in Boston after being encouraged by reviews here. It was not GF night when I went, but I didn’t feel I had a shortage of options and the pasta was absolutely delicious. I got to the end of my dish and found a spaghetti noodle in my rigatoni pasta and immediately thought “Oh no. Here we go.” But I asked my waitress and she checked with chef and through this I learned they make all the GF pasta on the same day (a day when they aren’t also making gluten pasta) and no matter what day it is, they have a separate GF pot. My waitress was honest that there was still a chance that the spaghetti was glutenous and offered to bring out her manager, take it off the bill, etc. She was obviously very concerned and I could tell this doesn’t happen often. In the end I did not get sick, so I believe it was a GF noodle.
