I eat here almost weekly! LOVE the food at Capo. They are extremely knowledgeable about allergies and what can be made gluten free. I usually get the beets or charcuterie as an app (minus the bread), Cacio E Pepe pasta for dinner, and they have GF Tiramisu for dessert. They make their own GF flour, so all of their pastas are made with that. They also have a gluten free night once a month now. 10/10 would recommend :)
