Review of Caramba Restaurante

Probably the safest I felt out of all my dining experiences in Whistler. Waitress knew every ingredient. She asked if I was celiac and said to only avoid the GF pizzas as they are prepared with the non GF pizzas. She also pointed out some meals on the menu that were not labeled GF but could easily be made GF.
