Upon entering the restaurant, I asked the hostess about gluten free and she had no idea. That make me nervous but a manager came over and explained their procedures in detail.
The wait staff was then prompted that I had celiac. I decided to try a pizza as they set Gf pizzas on foil, so they don’t touch where regular pizza does in the stove.
The good news is that I didn’t get sick. It’s always a roll of the dice when eating out with celiac. The staff was also very accommodating, however there was no dedicated gf menu.
The gf pizza crust wasn’t great though. I hadn’t eaten all day and could barely choke down 2 pieces.

Lots of choices which I appreciated. They do have a gluten free bread option which is $1 extra. They just really over cooked the gluten free pasta.
Very accommodating for people with Celiac and those eating gluten free. Fast service too!

They were great about cross contamination knowledge. Brought out fresh gf flatbread with my own oil for dipping. I got the bacon mac and cheese and it was great.

I'm super thankful for their huge GF selection (and my pasta tasted so good that I actually thought I was going to be glutened until I ended up having no bad reactions!). The bar couldn't make the first few drinks I tried to order (they even said margaritas can't be gluten free...definitely not true) so DEFINITELY ASK before you assume your drink is safe! They must use mixes or swap with cheaper liquor?
Very good enjoyed my pasta and warmed up nice later in day. Soup very good I give it a 😍 🙌🏾

I was extremely impressed at the lengthy separate gluten free menu at Johnny Carino's. However, their food is just mediocre Italian; a step down from Olive Garden (in my opinion). While we received excellent customer service, every dish at our table was served lukewarm and the flavor was lacking. I'll definitely go back for their CHEAP bar menu ($5 options!), but know I'll know what to expect.

Great selection and yummy!
It's nice they offer gluten free, although I wish they did spaghetti instead of macaroni style.
So many options and the food was delicious. I told them I was gluten-free and asked if I had an allergy. My plate was a different color than the others in my party, so I assume that was to signal to the kitchen to be careful. No complaints!

Server brought a gluten free menu with about 15 options. I ordered the rosemary lemon chicken. Our food came out very quickly. It was the best gluten free Italian meal I’ve eaten out to date. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

They have a very nice Gluten Free Menu. I had the Shrimp Scallopini and it was very good. Salad was great too! Enjoyed my experience!

Hands down one of the best gluten free experiences I've had. The portions were HUGE. Our waitress seemed very knowledgeable about everything. There's a whole menu of just gluten free stuff. Plenty of options. Did I say the portions were huge? I swear my husband's leftovers weighed 40 pounds. Prices weren't bad either. Prices aren't on the menu but our meals were around $18. Highly recommend!!
