Review of Carlos Arribas

Amazing ice-cream! All allergens are clearly marked on the menu. Moreover, when I said I was allergic to gluten (I know there's no such thing, but it's much faster to explain than celiac), the staff followed a special protocol: they washed their hands, took a separate scoop, and, most importantly, used a completly fresh batch of each of the ice creams I ordered! It was like in a dream! I wish other ice-cream places adopted that system.
