Review of Carmel's Bistro Giovanni

We chose this restaurant for dinner based on all of the good reviews in Find Me Gluten Free, and I have to say they were right! This was by far the best meal we had in Carmel!

The waitstaff were knowledgeable about Celiac, and I asked for a recommendation for their best gluten free pasta dish. I ended up with the prawns in a white wine and garlic sauce, over gluten free fettuccine. Best pasta I've had in years! My husband got the Steak special, which he said was fantastic.

We both broke down and ordered dessert, to finish off a great meal.

The friendly waitstaff did everything they could to make the experience memorable for all the patrons, and I will definitely be going back the next time I'm in Carmel!
