Review of Carmo

Restaurant was very busy. Did not feel as though my concerns regarding gluten were adequately addressed. Checked this out due to all the great reviews. There is an enormous amount of bread going on at this place. Made me extremely uncomfortable about their ability to be celiac safe. Nothing about gluten free precautions were mentioned when our meals were brought out. Very disappointed
