Amazing and consistent. Never got sick from there and the service is great

They have a very good GF pasta and many of there dishes can be made with it. Have never got sick after eating here. They will pile on the Romano cheese and their minestrone soup is delicious

I ordered online and a young lady brought out our food shortly after we arrived. She put on gloves to bag our GF food and bagged it separately from the other food. She was AMAZING and the minestrone was delicious.

First time visiting Carrabba’s since going gluten free. GF items are marked on menu and there is a gluten free pasta substitute that you can ask the server about. Unfortunately I did not feel too safe with cross contamination. I asked the server how the GF pasta would be prepared and if anything is shared, and she said that it would be boiled in the same water used for the regular pasta but still assured that it is safe for me. I asked for it to be boiled in a separate pot, but I’m not sure if anything else was shared in preparation of the food.
