Carrabbas has some GF items on the menu and they are good. I would like more pasta options in addition to just the one( Penne ). I buy any type of GF Pasta from “A Taste of Italy “ their pasta is the best I’ve tried. I’m looking forward to the day I can eat Veal Marsala with linguine or fettuccine pasta.

The food was good. They do claim to have gluten free pasta, but please do not order it if your celiac. All of the pasta, gluten and gluten free, is cooked in the same pot of water causing terrible cross contamination.

Eat there frequently, always had thoughtful servers that do a great job of acknowledging allergies. No instances of getting sick

Gave 3 stars ONLY bc Limited options for GF but was surprised at how nice their Gf pasta was. They were terrified to make me their a la vodka sauce but after talking with chef it was bc he wasn’t sure about vodka. Even though I am a celiac I do not have a problem with full distilled vodka.
Yes
Wow. The short answer is definitely yes gf options. Very yummy food.

Most excellent! The menu is marked to easily identify the gluten free dishes which I loved. It was so easy to spot the safe foods. Also they do substitute gf pasta now. The server was super friendly and I felt confident that she took my allergy seriously and would communicate that to the kitchen. Will definitely eat here again.
Many gf options. None that include pasta though. But still good.
Love the GF menu - chicken several ways soup and awesome garlic mashed!
The staff was nice and friendly. They took my allergy seriously. The have a button on their ordering system that automatically makes your whole order gluten free.

I've eaten here many times and feel safe enough.
I always ask for Shavon as our server. Shavon is one of the best servers anywhere! She's worked at this Carrabbas since it opened maybe 14 years ago. She is very familiar with celiac disease and is on top of it for taking care of the customer. For example, when she rings in my food, she puts the "gluten free" note like 6 times! She will also bring us our soups herself as another precaution.
Recently they changed their type of gluten-free pasta here and it's a bowtie pasta that cooks much better than the previous pasta.
A side of alfredo sauce doesn't cost extra. I sometimes ask for this for my broccoli.

Just ate here a few days ago. Very disappointed. When my plate arrived there was hardly any pasta on the plate. Maybe a quarter cup? Not cool when the entree is $24.99 for chicken. I should have said something but we waited so long for our food I didn’t want to hold up the rest of my party. They also changed the gf pasta to bowties. The other gf pasta was much better in my opinion. In addition, we watched the cook wash off the grill with pasta water. Ugh! Not sure I want to go back.

Carrabbas was one of my favorite places to eat before my celiac diagnosis. I was so excited to find out that many items on their menu are labeled gluten free. Even my favorite menu items! They did sub in gluten free pasta with their Alfredo for me and the pasta was over cooked and pasta sauce was incredibly bland BUT honestly I have never gone there for their pasta. I lean towards their steak and chicken dishes.
