Same menu as other locations in the chain. GF items market on menu. GF pasta available. Some soups can be GF. They appear to take GF requests seriously and understand the issue. I have been told the chef changes gloves and cleans surfaces when preparing GF.

First time visiting Carrabba’s since going gluten free. GF items are marked on menu and there is a gluten free pasta substitute that you can ask the server about. Unfortunately I did not feel too safe with cross contamination. I asked the server how the GF pasta would be prepared and if anything is shared, and she said that it would be boiled in the same water used for the regular pasta but still assured that it is safe for me. I asked for it to be boiled in a separate pot, but I’m not sure if anything else was shared in preparation of the food.
