Changed the menu fall of 2015, now offering gluten-free pasta that beats out Olive Garden any day. Gluten-free menu available, staff is always helpful. Unfortunately they got rid of the most delicious gluten-free dessert, and now the only option is plain ice cream, so they lost a star
Excellent gluten free pasta and they were extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable! Love it when the staff is well trained and educated and the manager comes out to check on you! Will definitely be my Italian Restaurant of choice from now on!
Ordered the gluten free pasta and told the waiter that I had a gluten allergy. He said that they would make the gluten free pasta from scratch and that it would take longer and that the entire meal would be gluten free. The pasta was delicious but I have been sick since. Not sure if it was the pasta, the sauce, the chicken or a combination. Will not be returning
We had a great GF dining experience here for lunch. The owner Monty came and reassured us that his kitchen staff is well-trained in GF cooking and described how they change gloves and cooking utensils and bowls to avoid cross-contamination. They also dedicate a section of their grill to GF grilling. After spending several minutes with the owner, we felt confident this meal would be a good one. The GF soup made for a perfect appetizer on a cold October with just a slight spicyness on the back of the throat. Our entrees were the Chicken Bryan and the Chicken Trio with steamed spinach and broccoli. The chicken was perfectly tender and the cheese was so creamy! If we weren't so stuffed, we'd have tried the dessert, which gives us something to look forward to next time! I highly recommend giving this place a try, particularly if you've had a bad experience at other Carraba's. Monty is the new owner as of a year ago and is himself a chef. He takes GF dining seriously and it shows. I suggest speaking with him if you choose to dine here, or ask to speak with Tommy Holland (manager) or TC Largay (kitchen manager).
Always have great service with great GF noodle and other food options

Ordered the Chicken Bryan with sautéed spinach. They have GF items marked and can swap most items for GF pasta.

First time visiting Carrabba’s since going gluten free. GF items are marked on menu and there is a gluten free pasta substitute that you can ask the server about. Unfortunately I did not feel too safe with cross contamination. I asked the server how the GF pasta would be prepared and if anything is shared, and she said that it would be boiled in the same water used for the regular pasta but still assured that it is safe for me. I asked for it to be boiled in a separate pot, but I’m not sure if anything else was shared in preparation of the food.
