Review of Carrabba's

My son has celiac disease and has had a good experience both visits in the last six months. When he ordered pasta and chicken with Alfredo sauce on our first visit, our waitress was very careful to speak directly to the chef who would prepare it and she assured that he used all news pans/pots, utensils and clean surface area. (GF pasta is always boiled in separate pot) The manager also was quick to oversee the process as well. My son had no reactions.
