Review of Carrabba's

I love how Carrabba's is always improving their gluten-free menu and training. Had a delicious meal on 2/23/2016. We had a new server who wasn't too familiar with celiac disease, but a manager supervised our meal from start to finish and everything was handled exactly as I requested. Two days later, and symptom free. I call that a success!
