Have eaten at Cartems for many years and consider myself very sensitive to cross contamination. GF donuts are prepared first daily and they have a strict protocol.

I have never had an issue. Soooo yummy! I love the monthly rotating flavours.

Yummy donuts for our celiac daughter and our non-celiac family. They are very knowledgeable and take great care to prevent cross-contamination.

Such a great experience!! The front staff were super knowledgeable about every step of the baking process. They will make the gluten free donuts first before anything else, they keep them separated from the rest, keep them on top of the regular donuts and use specific instruments that stay on the gluten free rack. They bake the donuts (no frying involved). I knew the risks of cc. The donuts were delicious and I didn’t get sick (I’m super sensitive). Love!
