Such a great experience!! The front staff were super knowledgeable about every step of the baking process. They will make the gluten free donuts first before anything else, they keep them separated from the rest, keep them on top of the regular donuts and use specific instruments that stay on the gluten free rack. They bake the donuts (no frying involved). I knew the risks of cc. The donuts were delicious and I didn’t get sick (I’m super sensitive). Love!
