i’ve eat here a few times and the donuts and flavors are delicious but the use shared equipment/ re use some icings for gluten free and gluten donuts. I’ve never had a reaction but I don’t frequent Cartems as I am sensitive to cross contamination. In the store they do use different tongs and store their GF donuts separately from their gluten donuts
