Update 2021: I stick to the same thing each time I visit; filet, bearnaise sauce, baked potatoe, and spinach salad. I'm comfortable eating here for these items. If I want to spoil myself with the best steak around, I go here.

UPDATE 2019: I visited last night and got glutened... Ugh. The server said their flourless chocolate decadent cake was GF. I'm guessing that what got me.

Carvers filet mignon with their Bearnaise sauce is heavenly. When you want a really good meal, a true step up from typical steakhouses, this is the place to go.

They do not have a GF menu and the main menu is not marked, but the waiter knew what could be made and verified the Bearnaise sauce was GF, so they must be thickening it with something other than flour.

This place is delicious and a five star restaurant (in my opinion) they had gluten free fries which is a must for my gluten free four year old, and my husband and I got to enjoy the most gourmet steak and toppings that we’ve had in a long time.

Safe place to eat, and delicious. Was worried that the server may not have understood the gluten allergy very well, but assured me that what I ordered was completely GF. Had the spinach salad with the ribeye and mashed potatoes. Would definitely come back again.

The our server was great, extremely knowledgeable and took the highest level of precaution when handling my food. He even made it a point to grab my salad dressing from the back to prevent CC with the ladle touching croutons, and I didn’t even ask! Food is great, although pricey. Definitely recommend!

Server knew which items had gluten and which did not. No unnecessary gluten in any items, so I only had to avoid breaded things and soy sauce. My steak, salad, and baked potato were delicious. 12 hours later and I still feel great.
