Update 2021: I stick to the same thing each time I visit; filet, bearnaise sauce, baked potatoe, and spinach salad. I'm comfortable eating here for these items. If I want to spoil myself with the best steak around, I go here.
UPDATE 2019: I visited last night and got glutened... Ugh. The server said their flourless chocolate decadent cake was GF. I'm guessing that what got me.
Carvers filet mignon with their Bearnaise sauce is heavenly. When you want a really good meal, a true step up from typical steakhouses, this is the place to go.
They do not have a GF menu and the main menu is not marked, but the waiter knew what could be made and verified the Bearnaise sauce was GF, so they must be thickening it with something other than flour.
