Brilliant service, the owner came over and answered all my questions RE cross contamination. The pizzas are cooked on a foil tray that is then disposed of after use. They explained every effort went into stopping CC with prepping in a separate part of the kitchen but couldn't guarantee which is understandable.
GF pasta is also on the menu and the ice cream is incredible
Only downside is the extra cost incurred for having a GF pizza base
