AMAZING TAMALES and the nicest owner! Vegan options are outstanding too, we went here for a vegan/gf brunch and for me who's not at all vegan I tried my friend's tamales and it was amazing. Amazing patio and the drinks are 12/10 amazing!

Wish I could take this place back home with me to Hilo, Hawaii. My strictly gluten free daughter and I filled up on fresh tamales and hybiscus tea. Delicioso!!!

We had tamales for Christmas. My daughter does not eat restaurant food often (can’t eat gluten), but ate these without any problem. Yay!

Avoid this place. I had a cockroach in my drink today 11/12/16. Utterly disgusted. I would give no stars if I could.

Casa de Tamales is a fully gluten free facility. I have celiac and this was the first dedicated gluten free kitchen I have found in Fresno. Staff is completely understanding, friendly, knowledgable, and don't give you that weird other places do, like they have never herd of gluten free! And to top it off, the food is great! There chicken salad is amazing and our favorite. Plus there hibiscus tea is the best! I highly recommend this place not only for celiac's, gluten sensitives, but any one who enjoys home cook style food!

We are huge fans of Liz and the Casa de Tamales crew! We've eaten at their original location, truck, and now in tower. Service is always excellent, as is the food – even at the truck!

Yummy! Everything was fresh and the staff was very friendly. Being allergic to citrus also, the staff knew the recipes and told me what to stay away from. Thank you!!

Location has moved to 609 Olive St.

All GF and very good! We tried almost everything on the menu. Friendly and prompt service. The house specialty drink (hibiscus tea and mint lemonade mix) is amazing too! The chicken taco was delicious and the blueberry cream cheese tamale was different but tasty.

So awesome to get great vegan tamales (GF) that can also avoid garlic! Delicious- sweet or savory! Staff is very helpful & friendly.. Even went out of their way to show our 3 yr old grandson how they grind the masa & form the tamales. A must stop in Fresno!
