They had the chef come out and talk to me, and I felt very very comfortable there. Another diner also had food allergies, as well, and was talking about how safe she had always felt. They use separate griddles for allergies, which is wonderful and offer gluten free bread for all their sandwiches. The chef seemed very knowledgeable about gluten, so if you go, I strongly recommend talking to the chef. It’s not very common to find a restaurant so accommodating with food allergies in a small town.

A few tems labeled GF on menu, but question the staff if the item includes chips- NOT a dedicated fryer.
GF bread is available and my kids felt fine after eating grilled sandwiches. I asked them to clean the grill before making theirs. The GF bread they use is tiny. No GF buns.
No GF sides available, so we were offered carrot sticks.
