Review of Cattivella

I had heard good things about this place, specifically the owner and her dedication to having safe options for those with Celiac disease. I was hesitant though, I mean, this is an Italian restaurant where they make their own bread and pasta, not a place where I normally feel safe eating. But, I recently received a Nima gluten tester as s gift and can just test the food for safety. So we went today. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, and the food was amazing! I had the risotto of the day (mushroom with shrimp and salmon). So good! And everyone at the table really liked their food. Things like “that is the best tiramisu I have ever had” and “oh my god, they made that sausage here!?” were uttered. Super yummy and my meal, according to my Nima And my belly, was totally gluten free.
