Got a grain bowl (can’t guarantee cross contamination safe with greens) and looked at the allergen info online for what was gluten and dairy free. Still had a wide variety to choose from. I’ve eaten here many times and have never gotten sick. Make sure to tell the server that you’re gluten free and ask them to change gloves.
Yes
Not gluten free. No menu. No idea what it even was.
Just ask for a manager and they will get your food from prepped boxes that haven’t been touched yet by staff. They are quick to change gloves without even asking!

I am not sure what you people are eating here that is gluten free. Most of thier items are not gluten free. Sorry but beans and salad is not worth a $75 tab. I am officially done coming to this place. Disappointed in how much they have changed the menu.
Love me some CaVa. This is a new location as of autumn 2017. It Would be celiac friendly if you make sure they change their gloves but you’d still be taking a risk of contamination with the open kitchen and food containers. That said I’ve never had an issue and I’m super sensitive.

I had a great experience here. I couldn’t participate in the all you can eat brunch, but as a celiac you take what you can get. The waiter informed me of the ala carte menu items I could have and I was able to order shrimp and grits and an app! Would go back for sure and service was great.
