This Italian restaurant offers gluten free pasta with gluten free sauces. Their pizza is not gluten free but is made on a separate floor from their pasta. We're Celiac, and the waiter was extremely knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. We had their charretera and ribeye corn tacos with salsa as well as rustic potatoes. They cleaned off the grill for us and changed their gloves. Sadly, they do not have a dedicated fryer, but they were upfront about it. The restaurant is in the center of the city and has a great atmosphere, and we will totally go again!
