Review of Cent'anni Ristorante

Great place in San Miguel. They have gluten free pasta and the sauces are also gluten free. The server couldn’t really answer all my questions but then came back and told me the kitchen staff warned him that something I was planning to order (pasta cooked in a cheese wheel) couldn’t be safely prepared gluten free. I ended up ordering pasta with the four cheese sauce and it was amazing. I felt really safe eating there and would definitely go back if I ever go to San Miguel again.
