Our daughter has Celiac Disease. I couldn’t find any allergy information online so called ahead to ask about gluten free option. The man I spoke told me the only things that contain gluten are wheat products, not meat. I questioned the ingredients in their bbq such as spices and sauce and explained that they sometimes can contain gluten. He insisted I was wrong and didn’t know what I was talking about. We have never eaten here, and never will. The guy was so incredibly rude and had no desire to understand. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone with food sensitivities, allergies or Celiac Disease. I wouldn’t give this place even one star if the app allowed.

Hate it for the lady that got a server that didn't know what they were talking about because Center Point DOES have gluten free options.

Ask for the manager if the other person doesn't know. There are some things that are not g-free but many, including the bbq that are g-free. Also, granddaughter worked there for a while and said they were trained as to how to handle gluten free food. I guess it depends on if you get a rookie but you just have to ask like everywhere else.

Found out last year that their holiday hams and turkeys are g-free. They taste better than the other place I have always ordered these from. The lines are shorter. My food will be prepared fresh and not frozen so I can pick it up on Wednesday. Taste test from family voted them better as well. This will be my second year ordering Thanksgiving turkey and ham from them. Smoker is attached so food will be ready by noon for me to pick up shortly after.

All food is great...been in business 50 years.

Attempted to eat here. The staff said they had no gluten free options but wanted to take my order anyway. We weren't willing to chance a reaction so we left the restaurant.

very friendly. I asked if their french fries are gluten free. they totally understood crosscontamination. He explained they normally only cook FF is the one fryer, HOWEVER sometimes when they are really busy they will is the FF fryer. He said, "I wouldn't risk it"....he understood crosscontamination. I find a lot of places that don't. They went over the BBQ sauce and how it's made. I found them to be very helpful and will to work with my needs.
