Cha Baa Thai Restaurant

I eat here all the time. The only gluten in the restaurant are the spring rolls (therefor contaminated fryer) and some soya sauce. However, they build each of their stir fries from scratch in the wok, so they can leave out the soya sauce in any dish. Soya isn’t very common in Thai food so it doesn’t effect the flavour of most things. The woks are cleaned between each dish at a very high temp. I have never had a problem with cross contamination here.

I've eaten here several times, and it's always been delicious. The staff are knowledgeable about celiac/gf and can inform you what is and isn't safe (sadly none of their tofu is gf but they can make those dishes without it). Their sauces are gf. The food is (to me), classic Thai takeout - spicy, oily, super tasty. Also it's very fast service!
