I eat here all the time. The only gluten in the restaurant are the spring rolls (therefor contaminated fryer) and some soya sauce. However, they build each of their stir fries from scratch in the wok, so they can leave out the soya sauce in any dish. Soya isn’t very common in Thai food so it doesn’t effect the flavour of most things. The woks are cleaned between each dish at a very high temp. I have never had a problem with cross contamination here.
