Ordered green curry with rice and satay shrimp. Informed of gluten allergy and shared I could not have any wheat and even went as far as explaining no flour or soy sauce. The curry sauce was very thin and liquidy so it appeared to me that they did not use anything to thicken . I was however seriously impacted and do not recommend as I have not experienced this much of a reaction in a while. Dont know what happend and that is all that I ate yesterday .

I’ve been going to this new Thai restaurant in Uptown Waterloo for a couple months! Their curries are gluten free and dairy free. They use coconut milk. It’s mostly the only thing on the menu to have but it’s delicious and they’re super friendly!
