Hip Ecuadorian restaurant. See pic of menu. Tapas. Staff say all options are GF except the sandwiches and the beer reduced sauce on the seco de pollo. They subbed white sauce on our seco de pollo but I bet it’s great even without a sauce. Dedicated fryer. No GF beer. They sell wine. Seared octopus on Sundays. Sunday brunch with some different items. Nice staff.

The only gluten they have in their kitchen is the bread for their sandwiches and 1 beer sauce. Fried things are completely gluten free and use rice flour. They have Hard Pressed Burgers take over the kitchen every Tuesday and the owner has them use rice flour as well so their kitchen is not compromised. Staff is very knowledgeable and the owners are very adamant on keeping their kitchen gluten free.
