My review from a year or so ago disappeared so here it is again:

This place is not as glutenfree as they claim. They use normal soy sauce with wheat as an ingredient and try to trick you with that "10ppm" BS. They told me its less than FDA allowable gluten but there aren't even any FDA standards (yet). It took way too many questions to figure out why they kept saying "no detectable gluten" when I was asking about the soy sauce. (they also would not show me the package or ingredients list.)

We were visiting from out of town, and I was starving, so we stayed anyway. They do have some menu items that are made without soy sauce and vegan, and we ended up having a safe (if mediocre) meal. The portions are huge and could be shared.

The cashier we had was very helpful and patient and understood my concerns. But the help she was getting from another employee was frustrating and I caught that employee giving an "oh well, who cares?" shrug and smirk to our cashier when the cashier was doubting her suggestions for us. It made me feel unsafe. (this was in regards to a side dish we ordered, so I just opted not to eat that when it arrived.)

This place should be using wheat-free soy sauce if they're going to actually be glutenfree.
