Owner has decent knowledge of gluten free preparation. The "other" pizza, with gluten, is actually shipped in from a bakery in MT so there is not loose flour flying around. They also have Omission, which I know is controversial, but it is approved by the Celiac Foundation. And I like to enjoy a cold pale ale from time to time!! I wish there salad portions were slightly bigger and substantially cheaper, that's why they are lacking that final star.

Great gluten free pizza with different size options. The owner is very friendly, eats gluten free, and is more than willing to let you look at ingredient labels if he isn't certain.
