I’ve attempted this place twice. Delish without a doubt, but sick every single time. So if you’re not super sensitive, try it!!! If you are, have a frozen pizza and

Best gluten free place on the mountain! They have cauliflower crust and it is delicious! I got a pizza and the cheesy bread. My mom got the regular gluten pizza and wishes she got the gluten free because it was so good.

I spoke to manager earlier in day and they appeared to have very safe protocol-change gloves, separate pans/utensils, cooked in separate oven. So we gave it a shot for my celiac daughter. Both GF cheesy bread and GF pizza tested with gluten by the Nima. That being said when we went it was extremely busy. So probably cross contamination and maybe safe when not busy. Needless to say she didn’t eat. One person in our party is gluten intolerant / sensitive (not celiac) and he ate it with no troubles afterward so my guess is cross contaminated.

All the reviews for here are a little old so I think they have updated their allergy practices. I had a pretty good experience here. They have the menu marked for what can be made gluten free. I got some gluten free cheese bread and a gluten free pizza. Both were delicious and served on a cauliflower crust. The waitress was very specific when she brought the cheese bread stating that it was gluten free. The pizza came out by the manager and she mentioned that it was cooked in a different oven than the other pizzas. I did not get info on their prep space so not sure if they started separating everything. I have Celiac Disease but I've noticed I'm not as sensitive as some others. I took my gluten digest pills before eating here as I do if I know there's potential for cross contamination. I did not feel sick the next day. Any pizza places come with risk and I tend to be more risky but I did feel relatively safe eating here.

Went to restaurant with husband. No GF menu. They offer 12” cauliflower crust only. Same oven and prep space. I did not eat because I am super sensitive celiac.
