Be sure to tell them you are a celiac, the waiter advised against the fries as they are cooked in the same fryer as gluten items. I did not ask about the pasta. My son had the chicken, I had the sweet corn tamale cakes and neither of us had issues later but overall we did not enjoy the meal.
