Read the reviews hit and miss, so thought id try it. Our waiter had no idea about celiac, so i went with breakfast, safe bet. Didnt even have any meat because i didnt thinj he would know. Hust eggs and potatoes. I asked 3x if the potatoes were gluten free. He said yes. They came out looking deep fried. I tried one and it was clearly deep fried. Got sick I am super frustrated with las vegas. They are so clearly behind about this. Unfortunately i would not say this is even gluten sensitive.

Had gluten free pasta, but I found a different noodle in my dish. I’m not sure if it’s a different type of gluten free noodle or not but it shows that they aren’t too careful.
They offered us a toasted gf bun instead of bread before our meal! My son loves the pasta. Able to get salad without croutons. Items marked on menu that can be made gf.
Yes
The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
the waiter was very knowable about celiac having an uncle with the condition. They offered Pasta Buns and sevral GF options. they do have a dedicated fryer for the fries and any questions we had about seasonings got answered right away.
Cheesecake is always safe for me.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.
There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference

Tried to order a gluten free four cheese pasta for my Celiac daughter. When asked if they cook the pasta in separate water and use separate utensils, they said unfortunately they cook it in the same water as gluten pasta and they can’t use separate water. :(
