This pizza was amazing. I had to ask to verify it was actually gluten free.

They make the GF pizzas separately and they get delivered in a green GF pizza box.

Really delicious GF pizza! We’ve had it delivered several times, and though it’s fun to try deep dish and stuffed, the best are the gourmet pizzas.

The fillings were great, but the dough on the deep dish? I hurt my hand trying to cut through the calzone! It was not whoever to chew, either. They need to work on their formulation.

Wow! Got GF deep dish pizza here and it was unbelievable. Upon walking into the restaurant they asked if anyone in the group was GF and brought out warm GF rolls. The pizzas did take 30 mins to make but they were worth the wait. They look exactly like the regular pizzas and tasted amazing. This pizza shop is worth the extra drive out of the downtown area. The staff was also super friendly and personable. We went mid day on a Saturday and had almost the entire restaurant ourselves. Didn’t get sick and loved every bite!

They have a dedicated oven and kitchen equipment

We got Chicago-style deep-dish pizza, which was gluten-free. It was excellent. I didn't think I would be able to have deep-dish pizza ever again, but I was delighted with their pizza!

The staff was very accommodating. As soon as we sat down, they asked if anyone was gluten-free, etc.

We left with a to-go box and even the box was marked as 'gluten-free' so they seem to take care in relation to allergies from multiple angles.

They inquired about our Gluten status before we were seated. I have Celiac but the two others I was with don’t have any gluten issues. They bring focaccia bread with oil to the table (not gluten-free) but also made me my own gluten-free focaccia bread which was very good. I ordered the gluten-free Chicago style deep dish pizza which was outstanding. I grew up in Chicagoland and have enjoyed my share of deep-dish pizza (with gluten) before I was diagnosed at age 40. This pizza was every bit as good as the gluten-filled variety. Both of the people I was with enjoyed my gluten-free deep dish more than the standard gluten-filled pizza they ordered. I cannot imagine anything speaking more highly of the quality than that.

Absolute best place for GF pizza, calzones, etc. Hands down. I moved out of delivery range for this place and I am always so sad about it. I'll get a large spinach deep dish and individually wrap each piece and freeze them for work lunches or pizza cravings. It holds up very well this way, especially if you reheat in a toaster oven. Chicago’s Pizza was worth the four mile trip from our hotel. Small restaurant but not crowded on a Monday night. We went just so I could have the GF deep dish pizza that we couldn’t find anywhere else. I won’t say the crust was as yummy as regular crust but it was crisp and good. And given the deep dish, you couldn’t taste it was much as a regular pizza. The toppings were terrific. The service was very attentive and friendly. Very knowledgeable staff who know about gluten issues. They brought me GF focaccia bread without asking. The wine was good and really inexpensive compared to other Chicago restaurants. The rest of my family enjoyed their food as well - tortellini, ravioli, and calzone. Really glad we went!

I don’t know what they did wrong but my Nima Senor found gluten (basically a mini PCR machine - think of it as a pregnancy test for gluten) and the line was VERY dark. This is NOT CELIAC SAFE.

I can’t eat it because it came back having gluten in my Nima sensor and I’m not about to eat it. Just because you don’t feel the gluten doesn’t mean isn’t not there destroying your villi.

this place is so great. Pizza, sandwiches, pasta, salads are gluten free. Lately I have started noticing that they even ask right when you start ordering if you are gluten free. I ordered here probably once a week for the last 2 or 3 years and I've only had an issue once in terms of gluten sickeness. the variety of options and the overall price is well worth it. There gluten free pizza especially is phenomenal. I feed it to my non gluten-free friends and they can't tell the difference
