Review of Chicago's Pizza

They inquired about our Gluten status before we were seated. I have Celiac but the two others I was with don’t have any gluten issues. They bring focaccia bread with oil to the table (not gluten-free) but also made me my own gluten-free focaccia bread which was very good. I ordered the gluten-free Chicago style deep dish pizza which was outstanding. I grew up in Chicagoland and have enjoyed my share of deep-dish pizza (with gluten) before I was diagnosed at age 40. This pizza was every bit as good as the gluten-filled variety. Both of the people I was with enjoyed my gluten-free deep dish more than the standard gluten-filled pizza they ordered. I cannot imagine anything speaking more highly of the quality than that.
