Review of Chicago's Pizza

Awesome, safe pizza. They make their dough in house on completely separate equipment (which already tells you that they are prepared and spending money on being gluten free). The pizza is cooked in the same oven, but on the upper levels with dedicated shelves. The waiter was very knowledgeable and well prepared. The deep dish Chicago Special (sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers) was absolutely delicious, and the crust is absolutely phenomenal. Absolutely come here if you get the chance! We drove 30 minutes to come here and it was worth it.
