Review of Chicago's Pizza

The first thing the lady said to us once we were seated and she took our drink orders was “Are there any allergies?” I told her that I have celiac and she knew what it was and told the kitchen (from what I could overhear). I got a gf gourmet Hawaiian delight and it was good. The crust wasn’t grainy, which was nice because some gf pizza crusts are. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was too much cheese for my personal preference. The staff was nice. About 70% of the menu had the gf option. We didn’t ask about preparation because of the good reviews. I feel fine after eating it too! :)
