Sometimes with Chick-fil-a, like most chains, I do encounter cross contamination issues. However, I’ve eaten at this location three times now and haven’t gotten sick yet. You do need to make sure you are very clear that you want a GRILLED chicken sandwich, nuggets, etc. gluten free, otherwise some locations will mess up and give you breaded chicken that isn’t actually GF. Once again, yet to encounter that issue at this specific location.

Love that a separate fryer is used for the fries and very little cross contamination

Highly sensitive celiac here. I love that you can order fries, salad, grilled chicken nuggets, and grilled chicken sandwiches here! For the sandwich just sub the gluten free bun. I have never specified that I need my order to be gluten free & it’s always been safe. Recently I tried the spicy grilled chicken sandwich & I loved it! I have also ordered milkshakes here, you just have to ask them to clean the machine first. I definitely recommend trying this restaurant if you need tasty, safe gluten free options.

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
They red flag my order and everything is in its own separate container and bag! I wish they had some more options but they do offer a gluten free bun which isn’t too bad
Yes
Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with GF bun. While the bun was gluten free and sealed up to reaching me, I think the flour for their chicken breading was airborne and contaminated the meat as I had a very painful reaction within a few hours of eating here.

Love that the fries are gluten free!
Love chick fil a. I always get grilled nuggets and fries and specify I have a gluten allergy. Make sure you check which sauces are okay but I love chick fil a and Polynesian sauce. I also probably wouldn't feel safe getting shakes unless I was the first person to get one since they have cookies and cream ones.
Not sure how I react to cross contamination so I gave a 4 instead of a 5
Yes
I had the gf chicken sandwich and fries. I made sure they changed their gloves and marked an allergy, but I still got sick. it's just not gluten friendly here. dangit

the grilled chicken nuggets is the ONLY option there and some of the sauces contain gluten. I got really sick by making the mistake of eating here.
I always get the grilled nuggets and waffle fries. Never gotten sick once. Fries are cooked in their own oil.
Yes
Their fries are cooked in a designated fryer separate from the chicken. And the grilled chicken nuggets are also gluten free.

Always an easy gf meal on crazy nights. Love we can get fries. Have never had a problem getting sick.

My 6 year old has recently been diagnosed with celiac. We were thrilled to know chick-fil-a uses separate fryers for their fries and breaded chicken. Not to mention the fact they have a grilled nugget kids meal option!!! This is our go to fast food restaurant, we love it!
Great fast food! My daughter is sensitive to gluten and so I was excited to see that there is a kids meal with non-breaded chicken nuggets!
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
