This is the only Chick-fil-A that charges me $4 extra for a gluten free bun.
I love Chick-fil-A, but this location is not friendly to people who have gluten allergies.
There is a location in Jacksonville off Wells Road that doesn't penalize me because I have an unpreventable allergy.
Yes
Staff is very knowledgeable and very kind. Chick-fil-A is always our go to safe food place, however this one was by far the best we have seen.
Yes
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Chick-fil-a has been a very safe place for us. At first we would just order grilled nuggets and then she would get sick but now we say gluten allergy to the staff and they take it seriously and now we never ever get sick
Yes
The best at keeping it safe from c/c. They even clean the milk shake machines with a smile. I hate fast food but this place has certainly saved me from hunger when I'm too worried to eat at a standard restaurant.
Yes
Safe location, standard Chick Fil A procedures..
I had a very good meal and a felt at ease eating there because of their knowledge of GF. I had the grilled chicken tenders, french fries and a salad with avocado ranch dressing. All members of the staff were very friendly and helpful with dining there. St. Augustine is very lucky to have this restaurant in their community.
Yes
Chick-fla is celiac friendly! The fries are too! Just not the chicken nuggets but, they do have grilled chicken nuggets.
Yes
we love Chik.fil.a but, something has changed...mgr/owner not a real nice person..service is down and seems you are always waiting..;(
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
