My boyfriend works here and has a gluten allergy. They offer gluten free buns and are aware of gluten allergies. He likes the grilled nuggets.

Said I had a gluten allergy and asked if the fryer was dedicated. They said no, nothing could be guaranteed except the gf bun, they had no allergy protocols, and they didn’t change their gloves. Not even the grilled nuggets we’re safe. He said people who generally get the gluten free bun get it with a number five. But I didn’t want to chance it, so I left and went down the road to Costa Vida that always does gluten free well.

They don't know what gluten is, and they are always giving me the wrong thing (fried, breaded chicken or tortilla wraps). I gave it two tries. both times I came home and had to turn around and go back. They have gf buns, but they don't understand what that means here.

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Extra 2$ for a gf bun!!! No way the sandwich costs a lot for what it is add an extra 2$ you are looking close to 10$ for a fast food chicken sandwich.
Yes
I went here and asked what they have that is gluten free. i was very curtly told "nothing, would you like to try our chicken burger"............i won't be back.
They have the best staff. Everything but the salad makes me sick, but the salad is delicious.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! The only reason I gave this place a one is because it. Won't let me give it a negative number! This has got to be the worst establishment for a celiac there is. The staff is completely untrained..they don't even know what the word gluten means. The managers are complete idiots and could careless if they just contaminated your food or if your food was made incorrectly. I have gone here 5 times now and every single time I have been specific in my ordering as usual. Ever single time I have had a BUN, yes a BUN, on my gluten free lettuce wrapped sandwich....the last time I actually was so mad that they gave me a gluten sandwich I threw the thing at the manager and he just looked at me and said let me get you another one...what kind of bun did you prefer.....then never offered me compensation...oh at the end he offered me a free cheesecake...a complete IDIOT!!! If you are a celiac like me and are highly sensitive I would boycott this particular place!! Not worth the chance!!!

Obviously not 100% safe for allergies but for intolerances a wonderful establishment. Fries are cooked in their own fryer and they offer grilled nuggets as well as lettuce-wrapped grilled sandwiches. Many of their sauces are GF including my favorites, barbecue and chick-fil-a sauce.
I Have tried their grilled chicken salad and their grilled chicken strips. Both are excellent.
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
