I love Chick Fil A and have never had an issue ordering grilled nuggets, fries and ice cream in a cup with a Celiac warning. However, this is the **WORST** location ever. Do NOT go here if you are Celiac. We ordered (six-person order in drive-thru due to COVID). They took my allergy order, but when it came out 30 minutes later, it was stuffed in the bottom of the bag with the gluten orders!! Not acceptable!! I have never been to a Chick Fil A that does this. When I asked if they had changed gloves for my order because of my allergy, they looked at me like I was from the moon. The manager came to the window to tell me it would be ok. I told her it would not, and we were not leaving until she fixed my order and used separate gloves. She asked me again if separate gloves were really necessary. They have no clue! I did not get sick, but do not trust that because your ticket says allergy that they did anything differently. I literally had to yell at them to convince them. Plus they were super slow. This location is not Celiac friendly.
Again, no precautions take for me until I got very mean with them. They took the allergy order but stuffed my food at bottom of bag with non-allergy orders.
Just a horrible location, period. Very slow. Rude.
What IS gluten free tastes terrible and is expensive. I was a huge Chikfilet fan until I went gf
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Just don't order the bun. The chicken breast and Chick-Fil-a sauce is amazing!!
I got their grilled chicken filet with lettuce and tomato, with a gluten free bun that was packaged separately. I also got the waffles fries because at this location, they are fried separate.I also made sure to mention that I was celiac and if they’ve can, be careful with cross contamination. They were very kind and understanding, and I did not get sick from this experience. I would say to understand there is a risk, but that overall they try to be celiac safe.
I come here often to this location after school and never had an issue until recently. Before, a manager would come by and confirm gluten allergy and made sure my stuff was bagged separately from my order. I order waffle fries since their GF bread cant even support me holding it nonetheless holding a chikin sandwich.. After I ate the fries I had the utterly worst stomachache imagine able . Definitely some type of cross contamination. It’s sad because I trusted this place. The lemonade tasted bad too. This happened on March 10,2025 so legit this week. I couldn’t stop using the bathroom and couldn’t keep down food. This reaction was really bad and it was the only thing I ate that day. If the manager doesnt come to check on you. RUN…
Update: I went again for dinner last night. The girl taking my order had trouble understanding when I asked for allergy precautions and to have her put my food in a separate bag from the rest of the order. Unfortunately I got sick afterwards.
They have a short list of gluten free items in packaging, including a GF bun. After speaking with a manager, he confirmed they add an allergy notice on items when they cook them. They offer grilled chicken nuggets. They also have a separate fryer for fries.
Ordered a GF chicken Sandwich with a GF bun. They gave me the chicken and tomato’s separately in one container and the GF bun still in the plastic wrapper so I could put it together myself. The bun has a strange aftertaste but staff was accommodating. Fries are in a separate frier.
