Most, if not all Chick-fil-A restaurants can/ are GF. By saying this, some do not have as much menu options as other do. The ones in Victoria go above and beyond. They have so many menu items that are gluten free already, there is no need to worry about what you want. They even have GF bread buns. I am not particularly found of grilled chicken, but it is an option. I prefer the waffle fries and side items like drinks, shakes, and fruit sides. All the places in Victoria do this. (Never tried ordering the buns at the mall location only because it is much smaller than the one standing by the HEB, but they have everything else). Their employees are also very knowledgeable and know exactly what they have that is and is not gluten free.

Staff was helpful and accommodating. Gluten free buns come in their own wrapper so no cross contamination! Grilled chicken and lettuce/tomatoes in their own container Sono cross contamination there either Disposable mats that adhere to table assure clean eating surface Chik file A will always have our busines!
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
