Don't go to the Chick fil A on Dobbin road. The staff are very ill informed about gluten. They told me the grilled chicken is not gluten free.

Gluten free chicken nuggets or patties, with gluten free buns. Fries are gluten free. Also really enjoy the shakes and the yogurt parfait (without granola).

The grilled chicken nuggets or the grilled chicken breast are good. Love that the fries are actually gluten free. Staff is very careful when alerted to an allergy.

The grilled chicken salad is great. But skip the sunflower seeds, they have wheat starch. I didn't read it, now I know!

Thought I was safe ordering a grilled chicken salad and avoiding the croutons and sunflower seeds but something got me bad!

I went in with the intention of just getting fries knowing that's safe after questioning to make sure it's a dedicated fryer. Cashier asked me if I had a gluten allergy then said she would tell the staff because they change to fresh gloves. I loved this! I can eat here! She told me about the gluten free bun so had that with a grilled chicken. My order was brought to my table in a separate bag from the other person in my party. Everything was good! I definitely felt safe dining here and will return soon.

A new employee did not sub the GF bun like I asked or mark my food with a gluten allergy. I got my food and didn’t see any kind of GF note so I took it back in. The manager got it fixed and showed the employee how to change the bread on the sandwich. The chicken was really good, the fries are not GF unfortunately so I had to get the chips which were good, and the bun came cold and separate in a bag. It was also kind of crumbly. The taste was ok but not great.

I’ve never gotten sick. Sometimes they will accidentally give you regular nuggets instead of grilled but they always fix it. The gluten free bun comes separately wrapped and they’ll change gloves if you ask. The in store menu doesn’t mark gf items I don’t think but you can find the allergen information online. Fries fryer is naturally dedicated because the use beef tallow to fry the fries and peanut oil for the chicken. Always a pretty solid fast food meal.
