I don’t know where to start. We pull up, we tell the guy I have celiacs, and he makes the workers change their gloves. He tell us the stuff that has gluten and the stuff that doesn’t, and at the window, the woman made sure we had everything. My grilled nuggets are in a cup, not a box to avoid cross contamination. The service was amazing, the food was amazing, and it is overall Celiac safe!

The use two different oils. Breaded item are in peanut oil. Waffle fries in canola oil. Totally safe
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Had the southwest spicy chicken salad and it was delicious! The team member even looked it up to make sure it was free of Wheat allergy.
I hate the taste of the grilled chicken. It’s not the same dining experience as the traditional chicken.
Grilled nuggets, fries in separate fryer, and now they have a gf bun. Never had reaction.

I had a cashier named Debbie and she was very nice and friendly. The grilled nuggets is what I get because they do not have gluten. I would recommend the waffle fries because they are fried in a different fryer and they are fried in canola oil. Very good experience.

Asked for seperate bag and changing of gloves. Did not follow directions tried to tell me it was fine. No it’s not fine. Got irritated with me when I asked for it to be remade..
We had a grilled sandwhich on a gf bun. We also had grilled chicken nuggets. Cashier was eager to flag it as an allergy and really helpful. Didn’t get sick at all (my husband is super sensitive to cross contamination).

So, I tried their grilled chicken sandwich after I was newly Celiac diagnosed. The bread was disgusting. Gave it a 2nd try a few weeks later with their grilled "nuggets". BLUCK!
