I have eaten at this Chick-fil-A location many times and never gotten sick. They have a separate fryer for their fries and chicken products. The fries are made in canola oil and all of their chicken is fried in peanut oil. I always get their grilled nuggets and fries. Chick-fil-A sauce is gluten free too!!! Be sure to tell them you have a gluten allergy (I actually have Celiac, but sometimes saying that confuses them, but they understand when you say “I can’t have gluten”), and they will “red flag” your order, meaning that everyone on the line will change their gloves, etc. before handling your food.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
My wife and I have ordered here many times. Like all Chick-fil-A locations, options are limited - fries, grilled nuggets, a grilled chicken sandwich with a GF bun - but we've never had any issues here.
They're often very busy, but get lines moved through quickly. We've found ordering in the app for pickup the fastest way to get your food.
It's a super clean location right off the highway. The staff member I spoke with was very helpful and informative while I was ordering. She knew the procedure for the fryer. I decided to be extra cautious and have a cup of fruit instead of fries, but the GF bun came wrapped separately and was delicious.
