Chick-fil-A does have gluten-free buns. I got the grilled chicken on a gluten-free bun. The bun was a little bit grainy but really not bad The bun comes wrapped individually and the chicken breast is in an individual container

I seem to do pretty well with the grilled nuggets and fries. I was told some time ago that the waffle fries have a dedicated fryer. Both Longview locations have been remodeled, so I can't remember if that was asked before or after the remodel. CFA has a GF bun that stays packaged and you order a grilled chicken and then prepare the sandwich yourself. I tried that at the Tyler Tx mall location. It was different to have the bun be room temperature, but is a nice option for those who need it. I would much rather have the breaded nuggets, but I am glad that I can get these.

Though they have one of the least selection when it comes to gluten allergins, Chick-fil-A has the best allergin menu that they adhere to as if it were in the Bible. Not going to lie, their fried chicken of all is Awesome but they have grilled chicken, Fries, HashBrown Tots, Fruit and a few other things and have never gotten sick. Just have to let them know and usually the Manager takes care of it so there's no cross contamination.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
I was so happy to find it! It was hiding. I had already checked menus at all the restaurants. Very pleased to get a grilled chicken. Their buns are great!

I’ve actually never had a reaction at this location and this is usually the location we go to when order through mobile order from Chick-Fil-A. I know in the past you were able to put a comment on mobile orders and I usually added gluten allergy, so you may have to go through the regular drive thru to let them know you have an allergy. However, I have not personally had any issues. Their fries and hash-browns are good too. 🥰

The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.
