Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
We called ahead to ask about allergy procedures and all the right words were said, but when we arrived and ordered we were served fried chicken nuggets instead of grilled. We took them back and the manager apologized and took control of remaking the order, and it came out w fried nuggets again! We got our money back and left, we can't recommend this location for safety.
Edited: I had to go back the next day because it was my only food option that morning and the workers put the gluten allergy on my order this time, and I didn’t feel sick either day.
Original review:
Maybe it was an off day but I had a bad experience at this Chick-fil-a. I ordered the hashbrown sausage bowl and asked them to put a gluten allergy alert to my order and to change gloves. Got up to pay and they had no idea what a gluten allergy was and didn’t put a note on the order, and when I asked if they had changed gloves she said yes immediately even though it’s highly unlikely. Crossing my fingers I don’t get sick. Proceed with caution and double check when you order in the drive thru on the allergy alert.
