When I asked about gluten free options was told they only have a gluten free bun and weren’t sure if their chicken was gluten free. Disappointing since my family was eating here I wanted to enjoy as well
Great staff who helped me get my gluten free bun and who told me their fries are always made gluten free.
They have dedicated fryers for the waffle fries and grilled chicken that will be prepared in a strict gluten free environment IF YOU SAY the word "celiac". I've only had one problem where a girl bagged my fries in the same bag as my family's breaded chicken (I am EXTREMELY sensitive to gluten) but when I said something, the manager stepped in and gave me fresh fries separately bagged.
Yes
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
The first time I ordered the gluten free chicken nuggets I was fine. The last two times I have gotten sick. For the time being I will not be going back.
A good option for a quick meal. iIlike the grilled nuggets and waffle fries. I detracted two stars because I do not feel completely reassured that there are cross contamination precautions. I am also not 100% sure about the fries. I have been told by more than one manager that the fries are cooked in their own oil.
They did a great job! Had the staff change their gloves and everything. So great!
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
